The speaker is driven from the alarm panel and duplicates the warning tones from the remote keypads. The speaker is useful during the setting and un-setting of the alarm. The speaker also gives out various tones to let you know the system has set.

In the event of a burglary the speaker overrides any set sound levels and gives a high pitched alarm sound continues until the user enters their alarm code.

The external sounder is fitted to assist in advertising the fact that an alarm system has been fitted and to alert local neighbours of an alarm activation in the event of a burglary. The unit comes complete with strobe lights which activate with a burglary.

Decoy Bell Boxes: In addition to any external sounder, we would also advise the use of Decoy Bell Boxes on rear elevations or outhouses next to the property as an added deterrent to intruders
